Responsibilities:

  • Manage our day-to-day Finance Operations activities including: accounts payable, account receivable, cash flow and banking transactions, salaries and management of internal and external bookkeepers.
  • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close processes including preparing all required financial statements and tax filings and ongoing interaction with external accountants.
  • Prepare budget plan and on-going tracking of budget vs. actual analysis.
  • Provide periodical management reporting packages and Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors etc.
  • Manage capital and inventory processes including collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.
  • Further optimize utilization of existing ERP systems (Priority) and lead implementation of new financial processes and modules as needed.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize team’s activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the CFO and leadership team to formulate the business’s short term to long term financial and strategic plan.
  • Provide insights on financial models, business cases and analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Ad-hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed
Requirements:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Graduate of one of the 4 accounting firms 
  • 4+ years of working experience as a controller of a startup tech company (combined experience of SaaS and Hardware is preferred) or manager at one of the big 4 specializing in the tech startups sector 
  • Excellent oral and written communication in Hebrew and in English 
  • Highly proficient with Priority ERP
  • Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office/Google Applications 
  • Good excel/google sheets modeling skills
  • Hands-on and proactive approach with great attention to detail and ability to multitask Communication and collaboration skills
