What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technological roles.
- Conduct deep HR interviews, assessing candidates’ technical expertise, cultural fit, and long-term impact on the organization.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging direct sourcing, talent intelligence, market mapping, and employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, to continuously optimize recruitment performance.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, transparency, and engagement throughout the hiring process.
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on hiring for tech positions.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, emerging industry trends, and talent market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders and other team members across the organization.
- Proven ability to ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first message throughout the interviews until closing.
- Biased for data-driven decisions – experience in keeping track of processes while backing up decisions with relevant data.
