We are looking to hire a QA Lead who will build and lead our test engineering team. This leader will build our test capabilities and infrastructure, and help us deliver a reliable set of products suited for critical utility applications with the highest quality and security standards.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and manage a team of software designers and testing professionals
  • Design the test framework and infrastructure for the company
  • Review and approve the test suite as part of the development lifecycle
  • Present the product quality status in light of product requirements
  • Conduct risk assessments and release process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar discipline
  • 3 years of experience in software engineering
  • 3 years of experience in python
  • 2+ years of management in test engineering and automation
  • Familiarity with test frameworks and tools such as pyunit, robots, and selenium
  • Proven experience in test planning and quality processes

Director of Algorithm and Deep Learning

We are looking to hire a leader for our signal processing and algorithms group.  Our new Director of Algorithm and Deep Learning, should be passionate about combining different field of algorithms to deliver industry grade detection, classification and business intelligence for our customers. Reporting to: Yoni Halevi VP of R&D

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a growing group of physicist, algorithms and machine learning developers to research
    solutions and deliver the product algorithmic stack
  • Develop the edge computing inference services, and the lab training and testing services for a
    range of occurrences in the fields of critical infrastructure such as gas and oil, power and
    homeland security.
  • Present informative results and tradeoffs to management for decision making on business
    growth and opportunities.
  • Deliver on going online analysis to field devices, and continuously improve and update
    performance of our products to stay ahead of the market
  • Research and incorporate new technologies required to solve our business cases in edge, cloud
    and on-prem solutions.

Requirements:

  • MSc. Or PHD in Physics/Electric engineering or related.
  • 5 years of experience in management of large team or group (12+ developers, managing
    managers)
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in algorithm and machine learning frameworks including Matlab,
    PyTorch, Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow
  • 2 Years of experience in delivering product level algorithms to customers
  • Excellent interpersonal communication

Senior Data and Machine Learning Scientist

As a member of our ML team at Prisma Photonics, you will tackle unique challenges in the domain of Optical Fiber Sensing. Fiber Sensing data measures a unique generated signal along an optical fiber deployed by critical utility infrastructure and interprets it as a continuous acoustic signal originating from tens of thousands of virtual sensors spanning over hundreds of kilometers. You will develop expertise with this domain and apply novel ML approaches that address the domain’s specific challenges to detect, classify, and track spatio-temporal events. In addition, you will be responsible for the training of models and the inference production code running on the edge product. As a data scientist at Prisma Photonics, you will have access to the full data-acquisition stack and work with the software engineering, hardware, data, and field application teams.

Requirements:

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience and deep understanding of DL, ML, and numerical libraries: Pytorch, Tensorflow, NumPy, Pandas, xgboost/lightgbm.
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of programming experience in complex software systems
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Highly values team collaboration
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges

Applied Scientist Algorithms

We are looking to hire talented, self-driven Applied Scientist Algorithms passionate about classical digital signal processing of acoustic/seismic signals in a real-time environment . Your mission will be to develop with the team a tracking and  threat analysis system for long infrastructure system

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detection/classification/tracking algorithms based on a DSP approach and integrated with ML models.
  • Develop mainly in MATLAB/Python and will be required to write parallelized code in CUDA, that will utilize the GPU to the maximum

We are looking for Data Researcher for Prisma’s Technology Integration unit. This position should be the company’s system and data champion in terms of the system’s capabilities to sense and detect the signals and events of interest in the use-cases and verticals the company is engaged with.

Reporting to : Head of solutions

What will you do:

  • Plan and execute system tests and experiments for existing and new verticals.
  • Evaluate the system performances in new verticals and use-cases based on analysis of the data collected at tests and from system deployments.
  • Work closely with the R&D team during the development of advanced system generation.
  • Test and research the system performance envelope in new verticals and new fields
  • Guide responses to commercial tenders addressing the system capabilities and performance envelope.
  • Develop new means and tools to analyze and explore data.
  • Participate in the planning of POCs and pilots with the company’s customers.
  • Work closely with TAMs (Technical Account Managers) and CSMs (Customer Support Managers) during the execution of those activities.
  • Participating in the project life cycle, including definition, hardware design, time to market, validation, technical support, and product training.
  • Master the product features and specifications, thorough understanding of customers’ requirements and target solutions, and lead technical responses to RFIs and RFPs

Role requirements:

  • M.Sc. in Physics/Electrical Engineering/ Computer Science or higher degree from an accredited university or college (Ph.D. advantage).
  • 2-3 years of experience in Data analysis field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Digital Signal Processing.
  • Excellent coding skills with data analysis programs and programming platforms such as MATLAB or/and  Python.
  • Understanding of laser technology, optical fibers, communication systems, network management.
  • Strong collaborator with teams and peers.
  • Ability to work in a fast, high-load environment.
  • Good skills in time management, meeting facilitation, and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
