Prisma-Photonics is a rapidly growing startup company, developing the next-generation smart-infrastructure solution based on novel fiber-sensing technology (smart roads, smart cities, perimeters, and grid monitoring, etc.). The company offers an award-winning disruptive solution; a “sensor free” approach to smart infrastructure. The company is VC backed and in the revenues stage. 

Combining pioneering technology in optical fiber sensing with state-of-the-art machine learning, we help prevent environmental disasters, protect human lives, and keep critical energy and transportation backbones running smoothly.

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. You are that someone sharp, resourceful, and full of ideas. Someone who loves fast-paced environments, knows how to switch gears quickly, and isn’t afraid to get into the details. You’re a people person, but you also know how to tune out and create great content.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.

What You’ll Do :

  • Plan and manage the company’s participation in industry events, locally and globally, with the sales team.
  • Lead creative briefings and oversee the development of event assets and promotional materials.
  • Work directly with vendors, suppliers, and agencies to execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Support content strategy across blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and other assets to support SEO, brand authority, and lead generation.
  • Contribute to blog writing, website updates, and day-to-day marketing operations, including automation workflows.
  • Develop branded digital and print materials for events, announcements,and key company initiatives.
  • Travel to and participate in industry events, serving as an exhibitor and representing the company in public forums.

What You Bring :

  • 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience – you’ve owned projects, juggled priorities, hit deadlines, and made things happen.
  • You’ve planned and run events before and know how to make them shine.
  • Strong writing skills in native-level English – bonus if you’ve done content or PR.
  • You get how different marketing channels work, especially digital.
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics.
  • You know your way around LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
  • You’re quick to pick up complex, techy stuff and turn it into clear.
  • Experience in a startup or tech company.
  • Public presentation skills.

Great to Have:

  • Graphic design experience, Adobe or Canva – a big advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/business communications/advertising, or related field is an advantage.
